with/Cilantro cream, tomato, and green onions - Risotto with Chorizo, Chipolte, Rasins, and Almonds
- Arugula salad with Onion, Tomato, Grilled Radiccho
w/Toasted Cumin Cabernet Vinegrette - Flan with Fresh Berries
